Our own mold and press lines for cup production

Founded in Istanbul in 2019, Mastercup Tekstil produces bra, swimwear and seamless cups at its facility in Esenyurt. With our molding and cutting lines we work in different sizes and thicknesses, with single and double mold options.

Cup Models

The main cup types used in bras, swimwear, evening and bridal gowns. Every model can be produced padded or unpadded.

Triangle

Light, minimal form with open spacing between cups. Common in bralettes and swimwear.

Round (T-shirt)

Smooth, rounded form for a seamless look under thin garments.

Push-up

Fuller at the base, shaping upward and inward.

Balconette

Straight horizontal top edge with a wide neckline opening.

Plunge (Deep V)

Angled inward to suit deep V necklines.

Bandeau

Strapless, straight-lined, wide and low profile.

Cup use in bustiers, bras and swimwear

The same cup is used with a different placement and mold depending on the product. See the area of use and the way of use for each product separately.

Bustier

Area of use

  • Bustiers and corset-style tops
  • Strapless lingerie
  • Bustiers worn under evening and bridal gowns

Way of use

  • The cup is sewn between the fabric layers of the bustier
  • For strapless models, a shape-keeping cup of balanced thickness is chosen
  • Thickness and size are set according to the bustier model

Way of use

  • The cup is sewn between the outer fabric and the lining of the bra

What is your monthly production capacity?

Our facility in Istanbul produces up to 500,000 cups per month on 2,000 m².

Which sizes and thicknesses do you offer?

Sizes from 70 to 110 and larger, with single and double molds. Foam thickness is made to your request.

Are your cups certified?

Yes. Our cups hold OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate no. 26.HTR.50329 (Hohenstein), product class II, valid until 31.07.2027.

Can you make custom molds for my model?

Yes. We prepare molds, size and thickness for your model, in padded or unpadded versions.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We supply manufacturers abroad. Send us your destination and quantity and we will prepare an offer and arrange shipping.

How can I request a quote or samples?

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. You can order the amount you need.

What are your delivery terms and lead time?
